This is a half side-by-side rip and encode from a Bluray 3D source of The Deathly Hollows Part 1, Part 2 to follow soon! Those of you who have DL and seen my stuff know that it's legit and good quality. Source - Bluray 3D disk Video - H264 Encoding Audio - English DTS-HD 5.1 Audio Subtitles - English Seed and Enjoy!
hey john thanks for the upload... any chance of getting part 2 in 3d?
Re: actorboy50 - No problem. Yes I will get Part 2 up here in a few days. I only have bandwidth for 1 upload atm given the demand, once I get about 30% seeders/leechers I will post Part 2.
Thanks. Looking forward to Part 2.
@ johnsmith: thanks bud. yea, the download is SLOW SLOW SLOW (about .2kbs) and I have a 50mbs download speed. will help out and seed once it's complete. thanks for the uploads!
I terribly apologize for the speeds, I am working around the clock to fix the issue. I am having both local issues with ISP providers as well as VPN and proxy issues. Thanks for your patience.
How does the "3d" work? do i need a special tv or just the glasses?
Re: antoniojose1135 - Yes you do need a 3D TV that can convert a side-by-side image to the 3D. You will also need 3D glasses, either active or passive, that came with or go with your TV. As far as playing the file on the TV or streaming it to the TV, there are many options for that. My route is storing all my movies on a central NAS and then using a media player (Roku, WD TV Live, etc etc.) at each TV to playback my movies off the network. Some people have a 3D PC display and use Nvidia 3D software to view on the PC. This will not play on a 2D TV however. Hope this helps
great work as usual John! Can't wait for part 2!
hey john, your uploads are the best 3D around brother, keep em coming!
one question: Was this movie really released in 3d on Bluray or did you convert it? And if you did convert it from 2d to 3d, what program did you use? I'm really interested in learning how to convert but so far I've been let down by programs I've tried like DVDFab.

Oh and also, I cannot WAIT for you to upload Part 2! There's already a copy on PB but it's garbage, somebody encoded it while it was already in 3D mode so it's completely unwatchable.
I've been waiting for a proper upload of it for months so I'm def looking forward to yours because you know what you're doing! Thanks for all you do here mate!

oh damn this is a super slow download still. Only getting 30 kB/s at best. It's going to take 5 days to dl at this rate :(
I almost have Part 2 done so I'll continue seeding until it is ready to help out with speeds. When I was in the US I picked up a copy of both Part 1 and Part 2 on Bluray 3D from a Best Buy store. There is a difference though, while Part 2 was filmed for 3D, I don't believe Part 1 was. It was done as a studio 3D conversion, and released as a 3D Bluray. As far as 2D to 3D conversions, I do use DVDfab but so far I haven't been pleased with regular movies, just animation. Transformers wasn't too bad because of all the CGI but when I did Star Wars, I wasn't impressed so I never uploaded. We'll have to wait to see what George Lucas does with those next year.
Thanks John, and I'm getting better speeds on this upload now! And you're right, Part 2 was filmed in 3D but part 1 was converted. I guess I'm never very good with using DVDFab's 2d to 3d conversion yet because my work always comes out horrible. Do you use the default settings for the 3D effects or do you change them around?
GO JOHN!! BEST 3D UPLOADS!!! A++
@johnsmith25 PLEASE UPLOAD PART 2 QUICK
WAITING TO SEE IT IT IS SAID TO BE THE BEST #D EXPERIENCE AFTER AVATAR>>>>>>

hey john thanks for the upload. been hoping someone done this soon. i heard warner bros are converting order of the phoenix and the half blood prince.
Dear John,
I've tried downloading the file endless times, but I keep getting "permission denied" after 20seconds or so. I'd be more than grateful, if you could help me with this.

@johnsmith25, how are hearing the audio on any of those boxes you listed ?. Most of those only process stereo. All I get from my LG Smartbox is crackly noise. I have to use a laptop with HDMI out to play this and hear the audio in surround.
hi john. downloading now. can you do Transformers 3: Dark of The Moon 3D
can't seem to get a good one yet
thanks tom

John, I reckon you're idle, or that U haven't been checking ur comments here in a while. well just dropping by to say that I FINALLY MANAGED to get that movie dloaded! apparently it was my uTorrent that had problem downloading the file. so, i tried frostwire instead.. though it took a good whole day, it was WORTH ALL THAT WAIT! thanks a bunch buddy!
So sorry to have been away from TBP for awhile. Actually since Transformers, there hasn't been much new "good" 3D stuff released. Three Musketeers maybe, but you can find that already on here and it's a great rip and encode. Joey3D does a good job with his, highly recommended. Anyways, sorry again for being AWOL.
@Aresta - Glad you got it DL'd, not sure what the issue was.
@3Dazz - I don't know much about the LG box. From what I've researched, it's an LG product used to get SMART TV features on certain LG TVs that didn't have it built it. It says it has Dolby Digital support so first go to this webpage if you lost your manual.

Anyways, I assume your receiver is 5.1/7.1 capable so go to the audio menu within your SmartBox. Make sure that Primary Pass Thru is seleted as your audio output. Then if it still is having problems, it could be a frequency issue, so try changing the sampling frequency. Some receivers cannot playback audio at a certain kilohertz. I would guess that one or both of these options will fix your problem. Good Luck!
First off to all, I promise never to do another movie with the stock HD audio as I have learned it's not compatible with the majority of what's still out there. So from here forward, I'll stick to 5.1 AC3 audio. I see there are copies of Transformers DOTM already out there. I can do it as I have a Bluray 3D copy here, but don't like to duplicate good work already out there. Let me know I guess. I'm shooting for John Carter and the 4th Underworld next. They are due April I believe.
